We offer free parking located behind the building. Access through the alleyway between 1st and 2nd street south of Roosevelt. Please allow yourself 15 minutes to find parking if that back lot is full.

If utilizing free parking, you can enter the building through the back south entrance - salon is through the left door.

If your regular and your stylist is occupied with a client, wave HELLO! Otherwise you can send a direct text message to confirm your arrival or check in with our barista’s at the bar up front. They will let your stylist know you have arrived.

Make yourself comfortable in our waiting room closest to east salon entrance or in the Futuro coffee lounge closest to the west salon entrance. Your stylist will be with you shortly.

*Please avoid standing in the cutting room and the hallway to prevent blocking foot traffic.

To schedule an appointment, please contact a stylist directly.

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are running behind, we ask that you give your stylist as much notice as possible so that they can best accommodate your appointment. You will be rescheduled ASAP by your stylists if your arrival conflicts with other appointments.

Please contact your stylist at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment and avoid a late fee. 24HR/No Show Fee will be accommodated between you and your stylist.

We highly request that you respect the space and the people in it. Palabra and Palabra Hair Studio stylists have the right to refuse service.

Partner, family, friends, and pets are prohibited in the cutting room.
